Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate JP Morgan Chase products and services
• Deliver exceptional client experiences in the branch, embodying Chase's hospitality standards through personalized interactions and proactive problem-solving
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to all compliance and security protocols
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for products like mortgages, investments, and credit solutions to meet sales goals
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to enhance their financial management
• Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to provide holistic financial advice and referrals
• Monitor client portfolios and follow up on service opportunities to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and comply with federal regulations like BSA/AML

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales within the financial services industry
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Metro Southwest Market as needed
• Strong understanding of banking products including checking/savings accounts, loans, and credit cards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a branch environment
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and state banking licenses where applicable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial software
