Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the Bonita Beach branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking, savings, loans, and investment options
• Deliver exceptional client experiences by providing personalized service and embodying Chase's hospitality standards
• Build and deepen relationships with midtown Bonita clients through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and community involvement
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings while adhering to compliance regulations
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking and wealth management solutions to meet client goals and branch targets
• Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to resolve complex client issues and ensure seamless service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JPMorgan Chase policies, products, and industry trends to provide informed advice
• Promote digital banking tools to enhance client convenience and drive adoption of Chase mobile and online platforms
• Ensure all interactions comply with federal and state banking laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
• Contribute to branch goals by participating in local events and networking to grow the client base in Bonita Springs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
• Active and in good standing with state and/or national licensing requirements and knowledge of lending and investment products
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Relationship Banker or similar role at a major financial institution
• Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's digital banking platforms and tools
• Certification in financial planning or sales (e.g., Series 6 or 7 license)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the diverse client base in Bonita Springs
• Experience in community banking or local market knowledge of Southwest Florida
