Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences in line with JPMorgan Chase's hospitality standards, including greeting clients and resolving inquiries promptly
  • Promote and sell banking products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, mortgages, and investment options to meet sales goals
  • Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate financial products and services from JPMorgan Chase's portfolio
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while maintaining security and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to support client referrals for wealth management or business banking
  • Participate in community outreach and branch events to enhance JPMorgan Chase's presence in Matthews, NC
  • Monitor client accounts for opportunities to deepen relationships and prevent attrition
  • Stay updated on industry trends and JPMorgan Chase product enhancements to provide informed advice

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, including deposits, loans, and investment services
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and federal licenses (e.g., NMLS registration)
