Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the new Medway, MA branch to understand their financial needs and recommend tailored JP Morgan Chase banking solutions
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, process loan applications, and facilitate wire transfers while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly, resolving inquiries promptly, and fostering long-term relationships
• Drive branch growth through proactive sales of products like credit cards, mortgages, and investment services
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, including Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with branch team and partners to achieve sales goals and community engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records, adhere to anti-money laundering (AML) policies, and report suspicious activities
• Participate in branch events and local outreach in Medway to build brand loyalty and attract new clients
• Monitor client portfolios for opportunities to upsell premium services like Chase Private Client
• Ensure the branch environment reflects JP Morgan Chase's commitment to security and client privacy

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales within the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking solutions
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as Notary Public and any state-specific banking certifications
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a new branch setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar banking platforms
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or another local language spoken in Medway, MA
• Experience in community banking or new branch openings
• Familiarity with CRM tools and financial planning software
• Sales experience in wealth management or investment products
