Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the new Medway, MA branch to understand their financial needs and recommend tailored JP Morgan Chase banking solutions
  • Open and maintain deposit accounts, process loan applications, and facilitate wire transfers while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly, resolving inquiries promptly, and fostering long-term relationships
  • Drive branch growth through proactive sales of products like credit cards, mortgages, and investment services

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking solutions
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as Notary Public and any state-specific banking certifications
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships in a fast-paced environment
