Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the new Pembroke, MA branch to understand their financial needs and recommend tailored JP Morgan Chase products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, and mortgages
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring a seamless banking experience
  • Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to regulatory compliance standards
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and personalized financial advice
  • Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience and drive adoption of JP Morgan's mobile app and online platforms
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the successful launch of the new build location
  • Identify opportunities for referrals to JP Morgan specialists in wealth management or investment services

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and digital banking tools
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63, or willingness to pursue them
