Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences in line with JPMorgan Chase's hospitality standards, including greeting clients and resolving inquiries promptly
  • Promote and sell banking products such as deposits, loans, and investment services to meet sales goals
  • Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings while adhering to security protocols
  • Educate clients on digital banking options and assist with enrollment in JPMorgan Chase mobile and online platforms
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling Chase financial products and refer clients to specialists for complex needs
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support the opening of the new Shops at Mooreland location
  • Monitor client portfolios for service opportunities and follow up on feedback to enhance satisfaction
  • Participate in community outreach events to promote JPMorgan Chase's commitment to local financial wellness

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of banking products including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as NMLS registration
  • Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
