Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend personalized banking solutions from JPMorgan Chase's portfolio

  • Process transactions efficiently using branch systems and resolve client inquiries or issues
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and referrals
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and support community initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JPMorgan Chase products, policies, and industry trends
  • Ensure adherence to risk management protocols and report suspicious activities as per bank guidelines
  • Participate in branch events and training to enhance client experience in the Southborough location

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of banking products including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 (or willingness to pursue)
  • Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
