Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate JP Morgan Chase banking solutions
• Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized service, embodying Chase's hospitality standards in the Nogales Mariposa branch
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
• Educate clients on digital banking options, such as Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to enhance their financial management
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products like credit cards, mortgages, and investment services while adhering to ethical sales practices
• Ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and support community outreach initiatives in Nogales, AZ
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers or managers
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in Chase's core banking systems
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JP Morgan Chase policies, products, and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail banking, or financial services
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking tools
• Ability to perform basic financial calculations and handle cash transactions accurately
• Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local area as needed
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks and credit history review

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Experience in sales or relationship management within a financial institution
