Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the North Bellmore branch to understand their financial needs and recommend tailored JP Morgan Chase products such as checking accounts, mortgages, and wealth management services
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring a seamless banking experience
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify opportunities for deepening client relationships and cross-selling services like credit cards and investment options
• Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to Chase's security and compliance protocols
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, including the Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to enhance their self-service capabilities
• Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to provide comprehensive financial advice and referrals to JP Morgan's wealth management or small business services
• Maintain accurate client records in Chase's CRM system and ensure all interactions comply with regulatory requirements like the Bank Secrecy Act
• Participate in community outreach events in North Bellmore to promote JP Morgan Chase's commitment to local financial wellness

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services

• Ability to obtain necessary state and federal banking licenses within 90 days of hire
