Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the North Louisiana market by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions
• Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized service, embodying J.P. Morgan Chase's commitment to hospitality and care
• Open and manage deposit accounts, loans, and other financial products while ensuring compliance with Chase policies and federal regulations
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by recommending appropriate investment, mortgage, or credit products
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers, using Chase's digital banking platforms
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online security to enhance their financial wellness
• Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to resolve complex client inquiries and achieve market goals
• Conduct community outreach in Shreveport to promote Chase's services and support local financial literacy initiatives
• Monitor client portfolios for service opportunities and proactively follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Adhere to all risk management, anti-money laundering, and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within financial services or retail banking
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the North Louisiana market
• Strong understanding of banking products including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a branch environment
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and financial software applications
• Clean background check and compliance with all regulatory requirements
