Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the North Louisiana market by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within financial services or retail banking
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the North Louisiana market
  • Strong understanding of banking products including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a branch environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and financial software applications
  • Clean background check and compliance with all regulatory requirements
