Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the Rockford, IL branch to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, process loan applications, and facilitate wire transfers while ensuring accuracy
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly, resolving inquiries promptly, and following up on service commitments
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell JP Morgan Chase products like credit cards, mortgages, and investment services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and data privacy standards
• Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to support client goals in the NorthWest Suburbs Market
• Monitor client portfolios for service opportunities and refer complex needs to appropriate JP Morgan teams
• Educate clients on digital banking tools to enhance their experience with Chase mobile and online platforms
• Contribute to branch goals by achieving sales targets and participating in community outreach events

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and investment options
• Ability to obtain necessary state and federal licenses, such as NMLS registration for mortgage-related activities
• Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems for client management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal banking regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
