Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the West Bloomfield branch to understand their financial needs and recommend tailored JP Morgan Chase products like checking accounts, mortgages, and wealth management services
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring a seamless banking experience
• Open new accounts, process transactions, and assist with loan applications while adhering to all regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals within the local community
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for JP Morgan Chase investment and credit products to meet sales goals
• Collaborate with branch team members to support daily operations and achieve branch performance targets

• Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) policies and report suspicious activities as required

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales within the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including checking, savings, loans, and investment options
• Ability to obtain necessary state and federal banking licenses, such as NMLS registration
• Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems for client management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state banking regulations
