Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the Oshkosh West Branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase banking solutions
• Open and maintain various deposit and loan accounts while ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory standards
• Provide personalized financial advice on products such as mortgages, investments, and credit services to enhance client satisfaction
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy and efficiency using Chase's digital platforms
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals within the local community
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for Chase wealth management and advisory services
• Maintain branch security protocols and adhere to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional hospitality
• Assist in resolving client inquiries and escalations promptly to uphold JP Morgan Chase's reputation for client care
• Stay updated on industry trends and JP Morgan Chase product updates through ongoing training

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63, or willingness to pursue
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and financial software applications
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state banking regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or relationship management within a bank or financial institution
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or another language spoken in the Oshkosh community
