Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the Oshkosh West Branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase banking solutions

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63, or willingness to pursue
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and financial software applications
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state banking regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or relationship management within a bank or financial institution
