Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Park Ridge area by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services
• Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized service, embodying Chase's hospitality commitment in every interaction
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account openings
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by cross-selling banking, investment, and mortgage solutions
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to enhance their financial management
• Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales goals and support community events in Park Ridge, IL
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) protocols
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Monitor market trends and provide insights on financial products tailored to local client demographics
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within financial services or retail
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for covering multiple branch locations in the Park Ridge area
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and financial software

• 2+ years of experience in retail banking or sales
