Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the Parkland - Coconut Creek branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, mortgages, and investment options
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring a seamless banking experience
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and small business clients to drive retention and growth in assets under management
  • Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to compliance and risk management protocols
  • Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience and educate on tools like Chase Mobile app and online portals
  • Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to provide holistic financial advice and referrals to wealth management or lending experts
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling JPMorgan Chase services, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and JPMorgan Chase policies to ensure ethical and compliant operations
  • Handle client escalations professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment

  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63, or willingness to pursue
