  • Engage clients in the Peoria and 30th branch locations to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking solutions
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by building long-term relationships and providing personalized service to diverse clients
  • Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to compliance standards
  • Promote and sell JPMorgan Chase products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, mortgages, and investment services
  • Utilize bilingual skills to serve Spanish-speaking clients effectively and enhance accessibility
  • Identify opportunities for referrals to specialists in wealth management or small business banking
  • Maintain branch standards for security, cleanliness, and client experience
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and client satisfaction metrics
  • Stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies, industry regulations, and product innovations

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for branch coverage in Peoria and 30th areas
