Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking solutions
• Open and maintain various deposit and credit accounts while ensuring compliance with bank policies
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications
• Promote and sell JPMorgan Chase products such as credit cards, mortgages, and investment services

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and refer clients to specialists for complex needs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail banking, or financial services
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and investments
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and banking software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
