Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions
• Deliver exceptional client experiences in line with JPMorgan Chase's hospitality standards, ensuring every interaction is personalized and efficient
• Open and manage client accounts, including deposits, loans, mortgages, and investment products
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell JPMorgan Chase products such as credit cards, wealth management services, and digital banking tools
• Process transactions accurately and securely, adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards
• Educate clients on financial wellness, fraud prevention, and the benefits of JPMorgan Chase's mobile and online platforms
• Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to resolve complex client inquiries
• Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate financial products and services
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with federal banking regulations
• Participate in community outreach and client events to enhance JPMorgan Chase's presence in Naples, FL

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of banking products including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63, or willingness to pursue
• Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
