Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the Round Lake Beach branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive customer loyalty and retention
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking solutions such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment products
• Provide exceptional hospitality and client service, embodying JPMorgan Chase's commitment to personalized care
• Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining a secure environment

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
