Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services
• Open and maintain various deposit and loan accounts while ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
• Provide personalized financial advice on topics such as budgeting, saving, and credit management
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers with accuracy and efficiency
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals in the Roxbury community
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling products like mortgages, investments, and wealth management services
• Assist in branch operations, including cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
• Educate clients on digital banking tools to enhance their self-service experience
• Collaborate with branch team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional hospitality
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of banking products including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as NMLS registration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software systems
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client relationship building

• Experience in sales or cross-selling financial products in a retail environment
