Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services
  • Open and maintain various deposit and loan accounts while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide personalized financial advice on topics such as budgeting, saving, and investment options
  • Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers with accuracy and efficiency
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for wealth management and investment services
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JPMorgan Chase policies, procedures, and industry trends
  • Assist in branch operations such as cash handling and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Promote a culture of hospitality and client-centric service in the Sawgrass branch

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of banking products including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and federal licenses (e.g., NMLS registration)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or relationship management within a financial institution
