Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and increase wallet share
  • Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings while adhering to compliance standards
  • Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience and adoption of Chase mobile app and online services
  • Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to refer complex needs to wealth management or mortgage experts

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
