Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients at the Seven Hills Tower branch in Aurora, CO, to understand their financial goals and provide tailored banking solutions
  • Open and maintain various deposit and credit accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, mortgages, and personal loans
  • Promote and sell JPMorgan Chase products such as Chase Sapphire credit cards, investment services, and wealth management options
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by resolving client inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a seamless banking experience
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with individual and small business clients in the Metro Southeast community
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and fraud prevention protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to branch performance metrics
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, including Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to support self-service options
  • Monitor client portfolios for opportunities to upsell or refer to specialized Chase services like private banking

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of banking products including checking/savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
  • Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state banking regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a relationship banking role at a major financial institution
