Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the branch to understand their financial needs and recommend personalized banking solutions from JP Morgan Chase's portfolio
  • Open and maintain various deposit and credit accounts while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
  • Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with a focus on efficiency and security
  • Educate clients on digital banking options, fraud prevention, and financial wellness programs offered by Chase
  • Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to deliver holistic financial advice and referrals to wealth management services
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for products like mortgages, credit cards, and investment accounts to deepen client relationships

  • Monitor account activity for potential risks and adhere to all federal and state banking regulations

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of banking products including checking/savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and core banking software
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements including AML, KYC, and fair lending practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a branch banking environment at a major financial institution
