Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to regulatory compliance
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by cross-selling banking, investment, and mortgage solutions
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to enhance their financial management
  • Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales goals and support community outreach initiatives in Slidell, LA
  • Monitor client accounts for potential issues and provide proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JPMorgan Chase policies, industry regulations, and market trends
  • Assist in branch operations, including opening new accounts and resolving escalated client inquiries

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and investments
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and federal licenses, such as NMLS registration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
