Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the South Huntington branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services
  • Open and maintain various deposit accounts, loans, and investment products while ensuring compliance with federal regulations
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing personalized advice and resolving client inquiries promptly
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
  • Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers using Chase banking systems
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit cards, mortgages, and wealth management services
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and enhance client experience
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JPMorgan Chase policies, market trends, and security protocols
  • Assist in branch operations such as cash handling and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Promote digital banking solutions to help clients utilize Chase mobile app and online platforms

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of banking products including checking/savings accounts, loans, and credit cards
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as NMLS registration
  • Proficiency in basic financial calculations and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends in a branch setting
