Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients in the South Philadelphia Branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase banking solutions
  • Open and maintain various deposit accounts, loans, and credit products while ensuring compliance with Chase policies
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive customer loyalty and increase branch revenue
  • Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers, while providing exceptional service
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling Chase wealth management, investment, and mortgage products
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to enhance their experience
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a seamless hospitality-driven client experience
  • Monitor client accounts for potential issues and proactively resolve them to uphold Chase's commitment to client care
  • Adhere to all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Participate in community outreach events in South Philadelphia to promote Chase's brand and services

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local branches if needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
  • Prior experience in sales or relationship management within the financial services industry
