Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the branch to understand their financial needs and recommend personalized JP Morgan Chase products such as Chase checking accounts, mortgages, and wealth management services
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring a seamless banking experience
  • Open new accounts, process transactions, and provide guidance on digital banking tools to enhance client convenience
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit cards, loans, and investment products while adhering to regulatory guidelines
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in The Woodlands area through proactive outreach and follow-up

Required Qualifications
