  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking, investment, and credit solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during client interactions
  • Collaborate with branch team members to deliver a seamless and hospitable client experience
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and follow up on service opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and investment options
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state banking regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a high-volume branch environment at a major financial institution
