Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients at the Wadsworth and Jewell branch in Lakewood, CO, to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions
  • Open and maintain various deposit and loan accounts while ensuring compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies and federal regulations

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of banking products including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as NMLS registration
  • Proficiency in basic financial calculations and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on client relationship building
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Relationship Banker or similar role at a major financial institution
