Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients at the Wadsworth and Jewell branch in Lakewood, CO, to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions
• Open and maintain various deposit and loan accounts while ensuring compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies and federal regulations
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting clients, resolving inquiries, and fostering long-term relationships to enhance client loyalty
• Promote and sell JPMorgan Chase products such as credit cards, mortgages, and investment services to meet sales goals
• Process transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers using branch systems
• Identify opportunities for client referrals to other JPMorgan Chase lines of business like wealth management or commercial banking
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment while adhering to security protocols
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve collective performance metrics and support community initiatives in Metro Southwest
• Educate clients on digital banking options to encourage adoption of Chase mobile app and online services
• Monitor and report any suspicious activities to prevent fraud in line with Chase's risk management practices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of banking products including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as NMLS registration
• Proficiency in basic financial calculations and compliance with regulatory standards
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client relationship building
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Relationship Banker or similar role at a major financial institution
