Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the West Central Houston market by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive outreach, personalized advice, and hospitality-focused service in line with JP Morgan Chase's standards
  • Open and manage deposit accounts, process loan applications, and promote digital banking tools to enhance client convenience
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell JP Morgan products such as credit cards, mortgages, and investment services while ensuring ethical sales practices
  • Conduct financial consultations to help clients achieve goals like saving for retirement or purchasing a home, referring complex needs to specialists
  • Maintain accurate records in core banking systems and ensure compliance with federal regulations like BSA/AML and consumer protection laws
  • Collaborate with branch teams to support community events and financial literacy programs in Houston

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales within the financial services industry
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the West Central Market in Houston, TX
  • Strong understanding of banking products, including checking/savings accounts, loans, and credit cards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and state banking licenses where applicable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial software
