Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the Westchase Countryway branch to understand their financial needs and recommend personalized banking solutions
  • Open and maintain deposit accounts, process loan applications, and facilitate wire transfers and other transactions
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and cross-sell opportunities for JP Morgan Chase products
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing prompt, accurate, and empathetic service in line with Chase's client experience standards
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized services such as wealth management or mortgage lending
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including KYC and AML protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall branch performance
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, fraud prevention, and financial wellness resources
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Participate in community outreach events to promote JP Morgan Chase's commitment to the Tampa area

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Active and in good standing with state banking and/or insurance license requirements
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and investments
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software systems
  • Clean background check and compliance with all regulatory standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or relationship management within a financial institution
  • Certification in financial planning or wealth management (e.g., CFP or Series 6/7 licenses)
