Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to promote loyalty and cross-selling opportunities
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions, such as Chase Mobile app and online banking features
• Identify opportunities for referrals to specialists in investments, mortgages, or small business banking
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies during client interactions
• Contribute to branch goals by participating in sales initiatives and community outreach events
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to deliver exceptional service
• Collaborate with branch team to create a welcoming and hospitable environment
• Monitor client accounts for potential risks or opportunities to enhance their financial well-being

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary regulatory licenses, such as NMLS registration
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and financial software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
