Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to promote loyalty and cross-selling opportunities

  • Identify opportunities for referrals to specialists in investments, mortgages, or small business banking

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary regulatory licenses, such as NMLS registration
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and financial software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
