Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the Wynwood area by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions from JP Morgan Chase's suite of banking, lending, and investment products
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences that align with JP Morgan Chase's hospitality standards, ensuring every interaction is personalized and exceeds expectations
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by recommending appropriate deposit, credit, and wealth management services
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and present customized plans, including mortgages, business loans, and investment strategies
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to resolve complex client inquiries and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Drive branch performance by achieving sales targets for new accounts, loans, and advisory services while adhering to regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, financial services, or client-facing roles
  • Active and in good standing with state and/or national licensing requirements, including FINRA Series 6 and 63, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service goals in a competitive environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and credit services offered by JP Morgan Chase
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-net-worth client servicing or private banking at a major financial institution
  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the diverse client base in Miami
