Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, mortgages, and investment options
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and small business clients in the Yorba Linda community
  • Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional hospitality by delivering personalized service and resolving client inquiries promptly
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling Chase banking solutions to enhance client portfolios
  • Conduct financial education sessions and workshops for clients on topics like budgeting and credit management
  • Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Monitor client accounts for potential risks or opportunities and follow up accordingly
  • Contribute to branch goals by achieving sales targets and client satisfaction metrics

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and investments
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales or relationship management within a financial institution
  • Knowledge of JPMorgan Chase's digital banking platforms and tools
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, to serve diverse client bases in Yorba Linda
