  • Collaborate with internal teams including credit, treasury, and investment banking to deliver comprehensive services
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for JPMorgan Chase products such as capital markets and advisory services
  • Monitor client performance, market trends, and economic conditions to proactively advise on financial strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies in client interactions
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives in the Southern California market

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with middle-market clients in the emerging sector
  • Deep understanding of credit analysis, risk management, and financial structuring
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent certifications
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in the banking industry
  • Ability to travel within the Southern California region as needed
