  • Structure and negotiate tailored financial solutions, including loans, lines of credit, and cash management services
  • Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments to support lending decisions and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., treasury, capital markets) to deliver comprehensive banking solutions
  • Monitor client portfolios to ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements
  • Lead client presentations, strategy sessions, and quarterly business reviews to enhance satisfaction
  • Mentor junior relationship managers and contribute to team development initiatives
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, economic conditions, and competitive landscape to advise clients effectively
  • Report on portfolio performance, pipeline development, and key metrics to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios in the mid-corporate segment (revenues $100M-$2B)
  • Deep knowledge of commercial lending, treasury services, and capital markets solutions
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit underwriting, and risk management principles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C-suite executives
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet client needs in the San Francisco region

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
  • Experience working with technology, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors in the mid-corporate space
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent certifications
