Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with mid-corporate clients, identifying opportunities for comprehensive banking solutions including lending, cash management, and trade finance
  • Lead the origination, structuring, and negotiation of credit facilities tailored to client needs in the $10M to $100M range
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as treasury services, capital markets, and risk management to deliver integrated financial products
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence to assess client creditworthiness and recommend appropriate risk mitigants
  • Drive business growth by prospecting new mid-corporate clients in the West Palm Beach and surrounding South Florida markets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and fair lending practices
  • Mentor junior relationship managers and contribute to team development initiatives
  • Monitor portfolio performance, manage renewals, and mitigate potential credit risks
  • Represent JPMorgan Chase at industry events and client meetings to enhance brand visibility
  • Prepare and present business plans, credit memos, and performance reports to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record of managing mid-corporate client portfolios with revenues between $50M and $500M
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending, treasury services, and capital markets solutions
  • Excellent credit analysis and risk management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the South Florida region
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent certifications preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
  • Experience working with mid-market companies in industries such as real estate, healthcare, or manufacturing
  • Prior leadership experience in a banking team environment
