Key Responsibilities

  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored financial solutions including lending, cash management, and advisory services from JP Morgan Chase
  • Lead credit underwriting and portfolio management for assigned relationships, ensuring compliance with risk policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as investment banking and treasury services to provide comprehensive solutions
  • Prospect and acquire new technology clients through networking, industry events, and referrals
  • Monitor industry trends in technology sectors to advise clients on financing opportunities and risks
  • Prepare and present business plans, credit proposals, and performance reports to senior management
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling JP Morgan's full suite of products and achieving portfolio targets
  • Ensure all client interactions adhere to JP Morgan's ethical standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or technology sector financing
  • Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships in the technology industry
  • Deep understanding of financial products including loans, lines of credit, treasury services, and capital markets solutions
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in commercial banking and technology sector trends
  • Excellent credit analysis and risk assessment skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the region to meet clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish, given the Miami location and diverse client base
