Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored relationship strategies to meet client needs in payments and treasury solutions
  • Conduct regular client meetings, needs assessments, and presentations on JPMorgan Chase's payment innovations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, risk, and compliance, to deliver seamless service
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional JPMorgan products like commercial banking and capital markets
  • Monitor market trends in payments and advise clients on optimizing their merchant services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in payments, merchant services, or financial relationship management

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with experience managing high-value client relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 or equivalent licensing preferred, with knowledge of regulatory compliance in banking
