Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with research analysts to produce high-quality investment research reports and materials for JP Morgan Chase clients
• Manage the end-to-end research production process, including data collection, analysis, and formatting for distribution
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, SEC regulations, and global standards in all research outputs
• Utilize specialized software to automate and streamline research workflows, enhancing efficiency in the Mumbai operations hub
• Review and quality-check research content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to JP Morgan's branding guidelines
• Coordinate with global teams to integrate insights from various markets into cohesive research products
• Support the development of digital research tools and platforms to improve accessibility for institutional clients
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics for research production to optimize operational processes
• Assist in training junior staff on research best practices and JP Morgan's proprietary systems
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects, such as market event analysis or special client reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in research operations, financial services, or a similar analytical role
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment research processes, and regulatory requirements in the banking sector
• Proficiency in data management tools and research production workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Finance or related discipline
• Experience working in a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
