Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify and source top executive talent for AWM positions globally
  • Build and maintain a network of high-caliber candidates in the financial services sector
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and executive leadership to define search criteria and strategies
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry databases
  • Screen candidates through interviews and assessments to ensure alignment with JP Morgan's cultural and competency standards
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in all searches
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on pipeline progress to senior stakeholders
  • Partner with external search firms when necessary to augment internal efforts
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in talent acquisition for wealth management and asset management roles

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in sourcing and placing senior-level talent globally
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial recruiting, including SEC and FINRA guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
