Key Responsibilities

• Design and customize luxury travel itineraries for Chase Travel's reserve clients, incorporating exclusive experiences and financial perks
• Collaborate with internal JP Morgan Chase teams to integrate travel benefits with banking and credit card rewards programs
• Manage end-to-end booking processes, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and special events
• Provide 24/7 support to high-net-worth clients, resolving travel disruptions and ensuring seamless experiences
• Analyze client preferences and travel history to recommend personalized upgrades and financial value-adds
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's risk management and data privacy standards in all travel arrangements
• Build and maintain relationships with global travel partners, such as airlines and hotels, to secure preferential rates
• Track and report on travel spend metrics to optimize client financial benefits and program efficiency
• Stay updated on industry trends, geopolitical events, and sustainable travel options to advise clients accordingly

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel planning, booking, or advisory services
• Proven track record in delivering high-touch, personalized travel experiences for premium clients
• In-depth knowledge of global travel regulations, visa requirements, and international destinations
• Strong understanding of financial services and luxury travel integration for high-net-worth individuals
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential client information
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with financial institutions or wealth management clients
• Certification from IATA, ASTA, or similar travel industry bodies
• Familiarity with Chase Travel's proprietary booking systems and partnerships
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another major language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
• Previous role in a concierge or VIP travel service environment
