Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Home Lending Advisors to achieve sales targets and grow the retail home lending portfolio in Orlando

  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state lending regulations, including fair lending practices and anti-discrimination laws
  • Monitor team performance metrics, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews to foster professional development
  • Collaborate with JP Morgan Chase branch managers and partners to integrate home lending services into broader retail banking offerings
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine lending strategies and product offerings
  • Manage the end-to-end origination process, from application to closing, while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Drive the adoption of JP Morgan's digital tools and technologies to streamline lending operations
  • Represent JP Morgan Chase at local real estate events and networking opportunities to build brand presence
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as loan volume, conversion rates, and revenue growth to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending or financial services sales management
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams in retail banking or home lending
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance standards in the U.S. financial industry
  • Valid real estate license or mortgage originator license (NMLS registration required)
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis and risk management in home lending
  • Ability to travel within the Orlando market as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
