Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and draft high-quality RFP responses for JPMorgan Asset Management's global client base, ensuring alignment with firm strategies and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including portfolio managers, compliance officers, and sales professionals, to gather accurate information for proposals
  • Review and edit RFP documents for clarity, accuracy, and persuasiveness, incorporating feedback from senior stakeholders
  • Manage the end-to-end RFP process, from initial review and assignment to final submission within deadlines
  • Maintain and update RFP libraries and response templates to reflect evolving product offerings and market conditions
  • Analyze competitor RFPs and industry trends to enhance JPMAM's proposal competitiveness
  • Ensure all responses adhere to JPMorgan Chase's risk management and regulatory policies
  • Support ad-hoc requests for due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and other client inquiries
  • Track RFP performance metrics and contribute to process improvements within the Global RFP Group
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on JPMAM products and financial regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in RFP writing, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of asset management products and services offered by JPMorgan Asset Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, for document creation and data management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial sector, such as SEC guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or related discipline
  • Experience with RFP management software like Qvidian or RFPIO
