Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute user acceptance testing for risk architecture projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and risk stakeholders to define test scenarios
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, scripts, and documentation for UAT phases
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution
• Validate system functionality, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards in risk platforms
• Facilitate UAT sessions, gather user feedback, and drive quality improvements in risk architecture initiatives
• Monitor testing progress, report on metrics, and escalate issues to senior management as needed
• Support post-implementation validation and continuous improvement of testing processes
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's risk management policies and data security protocols

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) within financial services or risk management
• Strong understanding of risk architecture principles and regulatory requirements in banking
• Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools for enterprise-level applications
• Experience with defect tracking and reporting in agile or waterfall environments
• Knowledge of financial risk systems and data governance practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline or certifications like ISTQB or CRISC
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Familiarity with JPMorgan's internal risk management frameworks
• Hands-on experience with automation tools for UAT in risk systems
