Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution and oversight of the CORE Program initiatives focused on enhancing risk management and compliance controls across JPMorgan Chase
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in financial operations and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement control frameworks to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations in the banking industry
  • Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators, and report on milestones to senior leadership
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements to existing risk and compliance processes
  • Facilitate training and awareness programs for employees on risk management best practices
  • Support audits and regulatory examinations by providing documentation and insights on control effectiveness
  • Drive continuous improvement in the CORE Program through innovation and integration of emerging technologies
  • Ensure alignment of program activities with JPMorgan Chase's broader risk appetite and strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or control management within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, or similar global standards applicable to banking
  • Proven experience in program or project management, including leading cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and compliance control processes
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Risk Management) or relevant certifications like CRISC, FRM, or CISA
  • Experience working in a large-scale financial institution like JPMorgan Chase or similar
