  • Perform ongoing portfolio monitoring, including field examinations and collateral audits to ensure compliance with borrowing base certificates
  • Collaborate with relationship managers, legal teams, and syndication groups to structure complex deals
  • Assess and mitigate credit risks, recommending pricing, covenants, and risk ratings
  • Prepare credit memos, risk reports, and presentations for senior management and credit committees
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting asset-based lending
  • Support business development by providing credit expertise to grow JP Morgan's ABL portfolio

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
