Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across Chase's Consumer Banking products, including credit cards, mortgages, and auto loans
  • Develop and maintain a robust control framework to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Collaborate with business leaders, compliance teams, and technology partners to implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Conduct regular control testing, gap analysis, and reporting on key risk indicators (KRIs)
  • Drive continuous improvement in risk management processes, leveraging data analytics and automation tools
  • Provide advisory support to senior executives on emerging risks in consumer banking, such as cybersecurity and fraud
  • Oversee the documentation and remediation of control deficiencies, ensuring timely resolution
  • Facilitate training programs for teams on risk awareness and control best practices
  • Monitor and report on risk metrics to regulatory bodies and internal governance committees

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in risk management, control functions, or audit within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in identifying and mitigating operational risks in consumer banking products
