Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee data change governance processes to ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's risk management policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, and business units to assess and mitigate risks associated with data modifications
• Develop and implement data change management frameworks, including impact assessments and approval workflows
• Monitor and track data change initiatives using project management tools to ensure timely execution and minimal disruption to financial operations
• Conduct audits and reviews of data governance practices to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in data change management within the financial services sector
• Analyze data trends and risks to support strategic decision-making in risk management
• Liaise with senior stakeholders to report on data governance metrics and compliance status
• Integrate emerging technologies and tools to enhance data change processes at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or risk management within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of data change management processes and regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, Basel III, or CCAR
• Proficiency in data modeling, database management, and tools like SQL, Python, or ETL processes
• Experience with project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify risks associated with data changes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in a relevant field
